Can I install the NCsoft Launcher on my Mac?
Yes, we do have a version of the NCsoft Launcher for Mac. The Launcher will install and update City of Heroes®, the only game currently available for the Mac platform.

Do I need to install the NCsoft Launcher to play NCsoft games?
Yes, and no. The NCsoft Launcher is required to install and launch all currently available operating system versions of Aion®, City of Heroes®, and Lineage® II. If you already have Guild Wars® installed, you can still launch the game from your desktop. All of our newer releases rely on the NCsoft Launcher, and it is installed with those games.

Will using the NCsoft Launcher slow my system performance?
Updates are automatically managed by the NCsoft Launcher using trickle technology so you can continue playing while the updates are being downloaded and installed. It is designed to keep your NCsoft games up-to-date without significantly affecting your system performance.
